If you decide that the product (Enviro24) purchased was not suitable, or it was ordered in error, please contact us on 01603 579997 within 14 days of delivery.
Please note the cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty.
The costs of the product will be refunded, less outbound shipping costs and the amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Please make sure the goods are packaged well for return and has a copy of the sales order.
When faulty or damaged items have been returned to us, we will refund you the cost of postage in full or we will send a courier to pick up the items.
Please note if the product seal has been broken or if part of a pack has been used, the items can not be returned.

Damage in Transit
If the ordered item is faulty or damaged, please call our customer service team on 01603 579997 during office hours and we will arrange for a collection. A replacement product will be issued once we have received the faulty goods back.
For items delivered via Courier, they must be opened and checked before signing for delivery. Once the delivery is signed for, you have signed to acknowledge that the parcel is in good condition, DO NOT SIGN for the parcel if any of the items purchased are damaged.
Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order at any point prior to the goods been dispatched. Please contact us before cancelling to ensure your order has not been shipped.
